The Christmas season is the busiest time of year. People are decorating, shopping, and spending time with loved ones. Also, there are many that are using this time to serve. This season is a great opportunity to serve others and the community. Pageant queens should use this time to use their crowns for good. Not sure of how you can be of service? That is not a problem because I have provided you with 10 ways you can use the crown for good and bring some holiday cheer.
- Bake Christmas cookies and take them to your local police station or fire department.
- Volunteer your gift wrapping skills.
- Ring the bell for The Salvation Army.
- Sponsor a family and purchase them Christmas gifts.
- Make a monetary donation to your favorite nonprofit organization.
- Donate clothes to a thrift store.
- Collect coats, scarves, and gloves and donate them to a homeless shelter.
- Grab your sister queens and go caroling in the neighborhood.
- Host a Christmas Party for the kids of a youth center.
- Mail Christmas cards to cancer patients.
