Born and raised in Roanoke, Alabama, Krystle Bell is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate of Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a double minor in Spanish/Business and Technical Writing. She is a 2011 graduate of Auburn University Montgomery with a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.
Krystle currently resides in Montgomery, Alabama. She is employed by the Alabama League of Municipalities, a voluntary association of cities and towns in Alabama, where she serves as the Training and Professional Development Administrator. She is a member of the JSU Alumni Association, AUM Alumni Association, Endometriosis Association, Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society, Black Girls Run! Montgomery, Natural Girls Rock Global Brand Ambassadors, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is also a member of Faith Church under the leadership of Bishop Freddrick A. Hardy, Sr. where she serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gideon’s Army Young Adult Ministry and a member of the choir.
One of Krystle’s passions is empowering women and girls through pageantry. Krystle serves as Founder/CEO of The Glamour Effect: a pageant life coaching and event consulting business. She is also the owner of KrystleBell.com, a blog that serves as “Your Krystle Clear Source for All Things Pageant Related.”
Her platform is Code Yellow: An Alert on Endometriosis. As an endometriosis survivor, Krystle believes that awareness of this disease is crucial so women and girls will no longer have to suffer in silence with this debilitating condition.
Krystle is a go-getter, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and a daughter of faith. Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me,” is her personal motto. She believes the Word of God serves as her road map, and its teachings and principles have garnered her much such success throughout her life.
