Preparing for a pageant can be physically, mentally, and emotionally draining. You are practicing interview questions, walking in heels, and rehearsing your talent all while trying to stay calm and focused on the competition that waits you. It is easy to fall victim to comparing yourself to other contestants which can lead to the development of insecurities. One of the ways I take care of my mental and emotional health while preparing for competition is by reading and writing scriptures. The Bible has many great examples of scriptures that speak to and empower women. I have included 25 powerful scriptures every pageant girl can easily learn. Read and meditate on these scriptures so you can develop a healthy and winning mindset.
